Squaters,poorly maintain,Bad parking (can destroy ur car),high utilities bills,poor,non responsive management/maintenance

Bad parking (can destroy ur car),high utilities bills.The furnaces are very old & some of them put out carbon monoxide & amongts other issues,poor,non responsive,shady management/maintenance.U will walk into the building and c squatters camping out & management will ignore u when u bring it to them.
