Blackstone Manor Cooperative

Pros & Cons: Blackstone campus looks just as good as fifty years ago, when I rode my bike through as a kid. The value of your dollar defies inflation. Decent management has protected the residents from the real cost of living. Unit break-ins are almost non-existent. Nowhere in the country can you live for less. For years Blackstone has a Mid-America reputation as one of the best co-ops.
Cons: Need more off-street parking, Walls are noise-thin. Car-theft has always needed more attention.

I move to Blackstone about 3 years ago never had a problem. it's always quiet. The staff is okay,
They keep the area very clean by keeping the grass cut the sidewalk is always clean. it's just a nice place to live all together. The rent is the lowest I have ever seen for two bedrooms.

I’ve visited this area quite often and I’d like to say that things there are quite peaceful. There is a security patrol for the safety of the residents too!
