So Much for Upkeep!!!

When my daughter 1st moved there, it was under different management. There would be someone there weekly to clean the hallways and common areas. However, now that this has turned into lower income rentals and property management has changed. You can bearly get anyone to answer or return calls. The common areas are not cleaned. It is supposed to be a smoke free building, but don't worry about complaining cause nothing is done about it. Many of the newer tenants have no pride in their living and... leave food and empty containers in the stairwell and other areas throughout. Even someone that works with rental office lives in the building, I guess they may be used to having unplesant living conditions, like roaches.

Beautifully Renovated Historic Building

Great common areas combined with modern, clean, and simple finishes makes this a great place!
