I really love my apartment but.....

I was told when I moved in in December that the parking lot would soon be gated. Well it has yet to happen and last week 16 cars were vandalized and broken into. It wouldn't take much to just put a gate up. You cam never reach management and get vague answers to concerns. The cameras that were working when I moved in appear now not to be on. They offered free internet and then told us last week it would be cut off come to find out after speaking with the service provider they had stopped paying... the bill. I have things that were on my move in list that needed looked at and no one has ever come to look or contacted me in regards to any of this.
They are getting government funding for these units so where is the money going???
They did such a gtreat job restoring this and other buildings in the area I absolutely love my apartment it would be such a shame for it all to be destroyed
I give the apartments themselves a5 star rating the management company is a 1 star

Management is slow to make repairs.

It took 2weeks this Spring to get my AC working. There are still items on the moving checklist that have not been corrected. Some are of a safety concern. I was told the parking lot would be fenced and repaved but no one can say when this will happen. Clients of the drug rehab center behind the building just wander through the lot.
