So many issues. No insulation between units in the walls, could hear everything my neighbor did plain as day. Management was ineffective at handling issues in a timely manor or at all. Roof leaked and mold was growing in the ceiling. I had a skin rash on my neck that I kept going to the dermatologist for. Three weeks after moving out - it went away. Had to call the city inspector multiple times and PK Management received multiple blight violations over the period I lived there. Management was... never in the office or available. The maintenance team was grossly under qualified and incompetent; broke more things trying to complete work orders and never cleaned up after themselves. The HVAC system had to be switched over meaning if it was in a/c mode you couldn’t have heat and vice versa and when it really counted the systems didn’t work at all.
