Solid Building - Great Community
A number of improvements to this building recently make it a great value. Gated parking, recycling & laundry on site, cute units. Near Henry Ford Hospital, DMC, Wayne State.

Stay Away
Windows are drafty. No water pressure in the units. Water in the shower will switch back and forth from cold to scorching hot and nothing in between. Laundry facility and machines are filthy. Items such as bikes, delivery packages, etc. have been stolen. If you park on the street, plan on getting your car scratched and denting. Seward Street seems to be a dumping ground....garbage is literally thrown out into the street and the courtyards.
