No air conditioning

There is no air conditioning..my neighbors above me are loud all day and night...the apartments are nice..it needs a minor up grade remove the old vents off the walls thats not working why are the still there...can't wait until my lease is up

I've been here two years and I haven't had any problems. If something is wrong management gets it fixed in a timely fashion
I recommend them to anyone looking for affordable apartments

Granada Gardens

The apartments and the area is beautiful. The two-bedrooms are spacious and they have air conditioning in every unit, which is a plus. The management are kind and friendly, and if you have a problem they are more than happy to assist you. They are in a renovation period but I know that when they are finished that our apartment community will be on of the prides of Northwest Detroit.

they are nice but they are in a fix up period the rooms are a nice size, but they do have problems
