New Ownership

I've lived in these apartments for the last 4 years. over that time, I've seen 4 apartment managers come and go. The manager we have now is pretty great, he's fair, and does the best he can, but I think he needs a bigger maintenance crew. The ownership they've had here was awful, I'll be honest. the apartments heat to upward of 90 in the winter with no way of controlling it, (at least in my building). they fixed it the other year, but 2 weeks later it was back up to 90. I use far more... electricity than I should for a 1b 1ba apartment as well.

HOWEVER. The old owner sold the property, and this is an ad from the new Ownership. So far, they've actually handled things well, safety issues that happen overnight are fixed the next morning at 8 am when they open, and I haven't had a reason to say anything negative about them. Hopefully things will start turning around here soon.
