Loved living here!
Cary is an excellent manager and made us feel welcomed and heard. The property is a little run down, but it was good for the price!

Welcoming/Affordable Building
I recommend this building with sincere gratitude for the awesome space and management team. The building is getting some great updates, and I never had an issue with someone quickly coming to help with small improvements needed in my older unit (please note that I took over a lease as a graduate student from Wayne State, and am sure that all refurbished units will be in perfect "move-in" condition in more typical circumstances!) The building values all of their tenants, and there is a back patio... space where you can sit outside and meet some of the neighborly native-Detroiters in the building. There is a well-kept laundry room in the building (!) and you can't beat the walk-able access to many mid-town gems. To be completely honest, I loved this building and am nostalgic about my time there.

Location, location and location
Well, for starters, the location is great and walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping and more. I am going on three years living in this building and have always felt safe. The gated parking lot is a plus. The management team is great to work with and is understanding when things arises. They are quick to address any issues and their maintenance crews get things fixed in a timely manner and are respectful of your personal time.
