I love the updated kitchen and bathroom with the historic feel in the building. The new management is updated the key fob system and cameras system throughout. Great walkability in Midtown.

New management just took over and they are really improving the surroundings. We are getting a new key fob system, a new camera system throughout and they are renovating the units. They are responsive to maintenance calls as well.

Shooting (one in the building), Mice for over a year now all the way to the third floor, laundry machine broke, also ruins clothes, also still takes quarters. Walls suck, electrical sucks but Ey you get a balcony.

Silva Property Management took over the building just over a year ago. We have installed card readers for the laundry. We have pest control coming monthly and have no pest issues whatsoever. The problems in the building have been taken care of and... the location is amazing as well.
