Old but Gold
Kitchen is great. It is quite large, newly renovated and separated by a wall from the living room. There is an alcove bedroom large enough to put your bed and a nightstand. The living room and the bathroom are large enough. Only issue with these units are they are quite old, especially the windows and the wooden floor.

Dirty, sinking floors
I looked at 1 BR and Studio on first floor. The floors in both apartments were sinking in areas. Both units were extremely dirty and had stains over the walls. I'm not sure if they were going to clean them before...

Very Bad apartments, don't stay here
These apartments are bad. All the walls are broken and have the potential to collapse anytime. There are lots of heating issues in the winter. Most of the regulators are noisy. Regulators make huge banging sounds. In December, during a storm, we lost water supply for an entire week. Also, one unknown person broke into our home, and when we told the management about it, they didn't care. Management is terrible. They don't fix anything. the Worst one I have seen in my life.

Have called about 3 times and left voice mails. No one ever got back to me. It all starts with communication and they can't even do that.
