West Park Manor Apartments

BEWARE! This place is horribly infested by mice, building is definitely aged and poorly maintained, maintenance tries but only so much you can do to this dump. Save your Money

they have a mouse problem will not exterminate the parking lot has a million potholes the complex itself needs to be redone the ambulance is there every other night. i wouldn't waste your time.

This place is terrible I wouldn't let my dog live here. I stayed here about 4 months until I found something different. They DO NOT I repeat DO NOT fix anything, the walk through is pointless because on comes. Now if you do get someone to come out to your apartment it maybe the elderly with a hammer that came to fix my door. This alone with the bugs and break in made me move and fast. Just get out of there or better yet never move in. they'll show you a really nice model place and then your... place will look nothing like it. I stayed here for 4 years. I recently left last October! These are literally the worst apartments ever. There's an infestation of mice, bed bugs & rats! The bad thing is.... Management doesn't want to do anything about it. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!

I moved into my one bedroom apartment 16 months ago and counting! When I first arrived the parking lot had massive potholes but the owner took care of that issue with ease. My neighbors are friendly and always speak when they see me. The maintenance guys do a great job and very prompt. The manager Mike is very helpful and understanding. Best part about these apartments is the location 100%. Close by fairlane mall, Southfield freeway, tons of restaurants, grocery stores near by, shopping centers,... planet fitness ,and gas stations for working people like myself.

From my first guest, to my last, and to my frequent guest always compliments the apartment itself. The interior is all wood but has carpet in the bedroom. Living room's big and very spacious, it can fit a average size home furniture set/ entertainment system. The dining room borders the kitchen space but enough space to move around as much as you like. Bathroom's nice size with a large countertop, linen closet in foyer area across from storage closet. The bedroom itself is spacious with a lot of closet space for a fashionista like myself lol.

I've recommended this place to coworkers, family, and friends. Currently, it's 4 of us so far and more are applying to get in. We carpool, hangout, go to the gym, and have "date nights" at each other's apartments. Overall, I'm very satisfied and look forward to my 2nd Christmas here. Read More
