We’ve been living here for some time and we love it here. Don’t plan on leaving no time soon! apartment 220

The Apartment manager needs to be retired. She doesn't know how to talk to people. The owner needs to personally get involved. Whatever she tells him, he just sends a termination letter. She so rude and nasty. I pray they find someone else. They hate to fix anything. If you ask them to, you get out out. So sad

The manager Mary is not very nice lived there 8 months paid rent on time .The walls are super thin you here your neighbors conversations. I broke a glass accidentally and, all of a sudden she gave me me eviction notice for a noise complaint.While i just gave birth to a newborn baby begged her not to kick us outnever responded.My car radio was stolen out my car.Young guys smoking weed outside avoid this place.Thanks Mary for kicking me and my baby out for no reason.

It's a nice apartment but the floors are way too thin and you can hear everything your neighbors upstairs says and you can hear their every movement.Make sure that your vehicles are locked and you don't leave anything personal in them because people love to steal in this area.Also it's very hard to get the maintenance team to do a job thoroughly.They only patch things up.Lastly if you have bikes,barbecue grills,or anything of that sort chain them down because once it's gone it's gone.Good Luck!
