Redwood Lake Orion. Dawn property manager was always very helpful and willing to help anyway she good . Dominic , maintenance guy was there when you needed anything done. And always out and around stopping and talking to residents, very caring to everyone. I’m going to miss living here. Due to physical disabilities I needed to move .

Small thoughts

Although we are excited to be living here, there are a few things that we noticed. First, both showers had hair in the drain and on the walls which is icky. And considering the price of rent, we were disappointed in the dating sink (the sink itself, faucet, and spray nozzle), bathroom sinks, the chrome accents in the bathroom with the stainless steel, and the ceiling fans. Rent isn't cheap by any means again we are excited to live there but those things should definitely be updated given the… price. Other than that, we love how quiet the community is.
