Do not live here… they do not care about you

The community is owned by Havenpark Communities which is one of the worst corporate entities in the entire US for trailer parks. Water is brown and is still “clean and safe to drink”. Management rarely gets back to you about concerns and if they do they send someone with no warning and they don’t fix the problem half the time. Standards are higher than the unreal rental prices. Horrible community. Cheap and the worst landlords Ive ever had. Stay away

Stay Away. Take your money somewhere else.

Lol the 1 5 star review is from an employee. Trash trailer park. Trailers are cheap and not installed correctly. Management will never go out of their way for you. Maintenance do not do emergency calls and won’t do jobs correctly when they do come out. Water is brown but still considered “safe”. Charges you $75 if you dont mow your lawn every week. Lawsuits left and right waiting to happen. Take your money and RUN…

Excellent services, caring community and
staff. Upscale homes - Greatly appreciating home values from improvements in community and surrounding area. Centrally located and super close to lots of shopping, restaurants, job opportunities, and things to do.
