Arborview Village Apartments

Overall I haven’t had many issues. Asides from slow maintenance and my hot water being off for 5 days or apartment occasionally flooding due to the old piping.

I will say the office staff (Sabrina )and where my apartment is ,is what I like the most as it’s not too close to all the drama that goes on outside.

my wife and I are very happy to be here so far its been a very welcoming community coming from where we previously lived its an a plus plus thank you very much

Great clean apartment in and out loving my new space.qlwith all the space can really fix up in a nice spacious way. Next to jobs next to stores gas ? n all very nice Palace

I unsure if it’s better or worse from my previous experience living here. There was different management back in 2017, but at least my apartment was mostly in good condition back then. This apartment was poorly put together just to get me to move in. It’s Pontiac, what do you really expect. It’s better than being homeless.

The complex needs major renovation done. It’s noisy. Wish I was made aware of all units not having closet doors because previous and current residence constantly damaging or removing doors.
