Monroe Manor Apartments

A former tenant who use to clean up recently moved NOw it's trash all over the building, beer cans lying around and the floors are nasty and filthy. The homeless people in the neighborhood normally hang out at the front door then come inside and find a spot to sleep at. You can often find non tenants in the parking lot smoking Crack getting high and sleeping in their cars. Quite often tenants will throw their trash out their windows to avoid taking their trash to the dumpster. The showing was very unprofessional, no one was there to show me the place I had to figure everything out on my own, when I arrived no one answered the phone, the apartment I viewed the door was unlocked but when I walked in it smelled very bad , it was unfinished, and dirty. Very low quality apartment. I wouldn’t move in here.
