Bell Apartments

I moved in these apartments May 2024, I installed a hidden camera because I seen everyone else have ring cameras on the outside of their apartments or in the windows of the apartments which was odd to me. The landlord Milo has went into my apartment over 6 times and items were stollen. A report was made.. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Oh and don’t miss the rent. If you are late of course there is a fee, most apartments have them but this man will threaten and harass you until you pay it literally, then… he’ll tell you ,you can set up arrangements to pay him then send you court papers, and when you go to court he’ll have his lawyer speak about you like she knows you saying you don’t pay your rent ever on time but you’ve only been late Once .When I moved out in August 2024 he told me to leave the key on the counter and text him when I moved out. I never told him I was done, he went back in there a 7th time and stole over $160 in electronics! He tried to say he went in for repairs but I never put in a request,(that was his way to cover up for him self) DO NOT MOVE HERE. The walls are super thin you can hear EVERYTHING. He’s walked in my apartment 3 times WITHOUT NOTICE FOR NO REASON In the summer the police is being called every week. You would think because it’s in Roseville it wouldn’t be any drug dealing going on.(LIES) 4 people in the complex sell drugs so it’s high traffic.
