North Park Place Apartments

I AM A CURRENT RESIDENT here. 2 buildings 16400 & 16300. One building maintained and well kept. Building 16300 horrible No locked doors Front of the building nor in the Back. Parking garage not secure door/locks broken. Intercom system broken a complete stranger A Rapist, maybe a armed Robber could just walk up to your front door without any problems or questions and do you or your loved one harm. I’m a former resident and can tell you this place is a complete mess. Management is a absolute joke and maintenance is terrible. The last six months of my residency was actually the worst. We actually had Urine dripping from the living room ceiling on a daily basis. And management did absolutely nothing to help. The entire building needs to be condemned. If your personal security means anything to you please avoid this place.

Nonexistent and unresponsive maintenance. Extremely Unsafe living conditions. Avoid this place at ALL costs.

This apartment building is nasty, management is terrible I'm a former resident in my apartment we had urine leaking almost daily from the ceiling in my living room. Building is falling down and maintenance is awful. The building manager is unqualified to deal with problems. Avoid this trash dump

This place is a joke. The manager Lisa is rude and a liar. Maintenance is horrible. The A/C leaks every year which causes water damages to both the ceiling and the carpet. They "hire" a company to come "clean" the carpet. The ceiling damage still hasn't been repaired after months. There is "emergency repairs" made to the plumbing every week but nothing is honestly being done. The water pressure sucks. There is a bedbug issue in the building that they refuse to address. There is no parking. Tons... of abandoned cars just parked. Parking lot is filled with pot holes. The swimming pool is never maintained. The grass is hardly cut and when they finally cut it, it's at 9:00 at night. The snow is never shoveled. Elevators are constantly down.
