Durham Apartments

I have been living at the Durham apartments in Sterling Heights for over 10 years now. My landlords Heather and Vicki are wonderful people plus the maintenance guys are always quick when asked to fix something. Its quiet and peaceful here. Never had any problems.

I absolutely loved living here for the past four years! The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, with great amenities and a convenient location. The management team was always responsive, and the community felt safe and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home! PS loved the parking. :)

My boyfriend and I moved into Durham in September and we love it. Everyone is so kind, management is so great and the apartment itself is adorable. We are so happy living here.

I am giving 5 stars because of the office staff, from the manager to the maintenance staff, they were all excellent and professional. I moved here in 2017, at first 1 bedroom just me and my husband. I had my first child during the 1 bedroom stay. Then eventually we need to upgrade as my mother in law will be living with us. It was hard to get a two bedroom as there's always a waiting list. I believe it was destiny cause after few months of applying for 2 bedroom there was an availability for us... . For almost 6 years, we never had a major issues or concerns. I'd be honest there were times the other neighbor was loud and some dramatic scenes happening but overall i love the neighborhood. Shout out to Debbie and Becky for being the most kind and generous to us. This apartment may not be modern in style but it suits your needs and also your budget. We had to move because our family is growing and they only have two bedroom available. I would love to be renting here again in the future. I couldn't really think of anything bad about this apartment. The main thing i like about is how fast they respond to your maintenance needs and they remember your name, what your unit number is.

Well, after 13 short years in my lovely bachelorette pad I have decided to move on. The staff and maintenance has been nothing short of lovely since day one in 2008. I will miss my safe, tranquil, clean, affordable ranch style living space. As my very first apartment rental, the Durham staff is special to me. I can always come back, right? Lol
