Legacy on Lovington

If you have any respect for yourself / the people you live with, please stay far far away from these apartments. If you need anything repaired, don't rely on the property managers or their maintenance team because they do not care about their tenants. For example, i moved in here in April of 2020 and just moved out yesterday, and the dryer in the building was broken for the entire year i lived there (washer + dryer are amenities that are included in the monthly rent, so you're paying for... something you can't even use.) Maintenance requests are always ignored, it took them 8 months to fix my doorknob after it was completely broken off by the previous maintenance team trying to fix a lock issue. Terrible management. They will take months to repair things. They don't care if you don't have heat during the winter when its zero degrees. They don't care if there's bug infestations. They don't care if the bathroom is decayed with mold and falling apart. Terrible place to live
