Awesome park access
Apartment is 2 bedrooms, not a lot of room, but view of park is really nice. Neighborhood is really quite and park is always a relaxing treat, especially with 2 kids (5 & 10). With basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, walking path, and two separate play areas and tons of seating, picnic tables, and grills there is always something to do. Apartments are somewhat outdated but comfortable, neighbors are awesome!
