Lived here for a year
Never received deposit refund after I moved out. I received a letter in the mail from an attorneys office wanting me to pay rent for months AFTER I moved out. I called the attorney's office and told them I have proof that I left these apartments. I had texts from management to confirm where the key was left and had also sent in a written letter that I kept a copy of advising of my move a month beforehand.
Don't trust management here. You will lose your deposit and they will try to get more... money from you.

Loved it
Loved my townhouse. Loved that my kids had so many other kids in the neighborhood to play with. The townhouse size was perfect. My only complaint is maintenance. Everything took multiple followup phone calls.
