Waterford Meadows

So far I have been here a little over a week and I haven't had any real problems. I stay to myself and I love my own space. I look forward to me and my son having a joyful stay.

I’ve been here for about two months I love it and so do my sons. The water is different but the neighborhood is better then where we came from .

Having communication with the office is like pulling teeth. Either you have to walk up there or email the boss because no one answers the phone. Also some of the maintenance doesn’t come and fix some of the stuff the way they are suppose too. Right now I have a legal situation that is going on and the office knows about it, but I guess the legal team is taking forever to respond, but I am unemployed and the new management is suppose to be better but I don’t see a change. I honestly only rated 3 stars because of how some of the rooms looked in my unit when I moved in. I personally would’ve replaced a few items being management but whatever. I love where my apartment is on the bright side

It was a very smooth transition. It is no different from the last time I was here just a different floor. The Management are alot more considerate to your needs. Also Maintenance is a lot more attentive to your needs.
