Waterford Meadows Apartments

I honestly only rated 3 stars because of how some of the rooms looked in my unit when I moved in. I personally would’ve replaced a few items being management but whatever. I love where my apartment is on the bright side

It was a very smooth transition. It is no different from the last time I was here just a different floor. The Management are alot more considerate to your needs. Also Maintenance is a lot more attentive to your needs.

I love that the grounds are very clean quite and safe and that the pool is open from July through September I do think that they should try to open the pool in early June though but I love this community

I only been here less than a week and so far me and my kids love it. I love that it’s quiet and peaceful. And my kids just can’t wait until the summer so they can go to the pool.

I have lived here for 10 months. From the time I moved in the following has been true:
-My stove only has 3 burners working bc the stem of one of the control knobs is broken and will not hold a knob for me to turn the burner on.
-The light does not work above the stove
-The exhaust fan never has and doesn't currently work...
- My balcony does not have a screen door for it so I've never been able to open the sliding glass door without bugs getting in.
- My bath tub drains very slowly and I was... told by maint. to buy Drano and "maybe that will help."
- I've replaced my own batteries in my furnace control panel & smoke alarms bc maintenance simply doesn't respond.
-Apt. carpet is indoor/outdoor carpet that the seams fray everytime I vacuum.
- Hallway carpet is visibly stained and hasn't been steamed cleaned.
-Bed bugs in several apts in the senior blding for months now. I have bought my own remedies to prevent my apartment from getting them. No ones ever checked/TX my apt. Read More
