I'd have to rate this a 2 just as the previous rating. There are many things that go undone numerous times or incomplete and sloppy. The office staff has changed twice within my 3 years living there and it seemed to go from bad to worse. I've had supplies (Screws) left behind after a repair that my toddler found and brought to me. This was one of the many times I didn't know they were present in my home until something was found or the repair was complete. They don't leave notice as required... when they have entered the homes. The winters are horrible here when it snows due to maintenance doing a horrible job of keeping the sidewalks and parking lot plowed properly. I have fallen twice with my toddler due to no salt being put down. It seems that they only keep up the area around the office near the main gate. I'm looking forward to moving sooner than later. I'm giving a rating of 2 stars on my place because of what hasn't been repaired that needs to be and has been told to staff time and time again every year. Also, the office staff has been changed so many times since I've moved here, three or four times this year. Need reliable, skilled maintenance, and hire qualified persons to do what maintenance, here, cannot do. Also, my information has been misplaced and lost SO many times since I have applied. And things that need to be done don't get done,... so they become a bigger and worse mess to repair. I'll move when I can. Read More
