Not great but not horrible
My boyfriend and I have been living in a one bedroom unit at this place for about a year now. It's mainly designed for students due to being on the same street as EMU so it has some little features to it like a desk and shelving unit built in, an outer bathroom with double sinks and the bedroom is a really good size with a large balcony. So it's the perfect setup if you're looking to have a roommate. The main drawback to this place is everything in here is pretty old and dated. The fridge,... the oven, the dishwasher, the sink all should have been replaced a long time ago. However, this place is ideal for college students. It's withing walking distance to the EMU campus, and a good deal of restaurants and small shops. It's also really close to Depot Town, Heritage Park and several historical buildings. The walls are nice and thick here too. We rarely hear any of our neighbors except for the time there was a rowdy couple living below us. They take noise complaints seriously here so don't expect a lot of wild parties. The staff is very nice and friendly too. Also with the winters we've been having it's nice not to have to pay for heat. It's not ritzy, it's not pretty, but it's definitely a safe, quiet environment for those living on a tight budget.
