How Is This Rating Determined?

New management - Clean hallways now!!

In regards to reviews about dirty hallways, yes, when I moved in they were but within a couple months things changed. Cleaners clean and vacuum on a regular basis now! It looks great here now.

Shady and unethical

They are raising the rents building wide in 30 days -- even though in my case I have half a year left on my lease ! And not just 20 bucks or something ... Well over $100 (13%). I'm pretty p'd about it ! So can I just randomly decide to pay 13% less whenever I feel like it ? Really garbage move by management and plead with other people to stay far away from this place unless you enjoy random binding legal contracts being broken!

Don't move here unless you're desperate!!!

Elm Creek has a nice low income housing program, but the place is not that great to live at. Hallways are always dirty. Toured a nice model unit, but when I got my place, it was nothing like the model unit. This place was a disappointment.
