The management does not make the smartest decision. The 24/7 gym and lounge are now unavailable at night with a time limit. There's never communication between the management and the residents besides that one meeting which led to nothing. Residents get their lease terminated with no logical reason but a vague statement on the letter. Do not recommend.

East End
East End Apartments has been a horrible apartment complex to live at. They bill themselves as a luxurious community yet they lack amenities most other downtown apartments have, including no hot tub, no sauna, a small fitness center and no rooftop club room. The staff has been a mess, the current manager Hayden is rude and unhelpful, when it comes to lease agreements on concessions they are not fulfilled until a complaint is logged, there have been huge issues with security including a unit that... was burglarized in the middle of the day, homeless sleeping inside lobby doors and a massive issue with parking. If you park your car in the lot beware that you may not be able to get it back out, there are constant breakdowns with the gate access and huge backups due to these issues that don't seem to be getting fixed. The supposed concierge is nonexistent, in the last few months the desk has been empty roughly 90% of the time a concierge staff member is supposed to be present and when they are present they are rude and don't have any desire to communicate to the residents. Currently East End is also renting out 15 apartments in an Airbnb style so there is a constant flow of people who trash the complex and create huge amounts of noise, nothing is being done to handle this issue. In my opinion it has been the worst apartment I have ever lived in, any other complex in the area would be a much better choice. I will avoid Sherman Associates properties if possible since they manage this property.
