Wonderful maintenance service! Hard to contact front office (phone, email, etc). Building is always clean. No guest parking spots/spots taken away hard to have friends over, would love more parking spots and options

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The maintenance requests are handled quickly. My favorite part is on-site gym and proximity to transit. The management team is friendly, professional, and responsive. I’ve felt safe here.

Nolo is great. They stay on top of air filters in the ac/heat system which is great for anyone with allergies. The maintnance team is fantastic and the building is always so clean.
