this property is horrible
I have lived here for a while, and the owner doesn’t care about the property. There’s mold, bugs, broken parts. There’s been multiple robberies and someone was held at gunpoint once. Don’t live here if you like your sanity.

Smart place to live
The Century Commons is a great place to live if you go to college. It is affordable enough to be able to go to school full time and still have time to make enough money for rent comfortably. I love that you are in control of only your own payments for the part of the apartment and that you don't need to pick up a roommates slack if they fall behind on paying like you would need to do at a regular apartment. It is also a fun experience and a great place to meet new people, from your roommates to... the people down the hall.

EXCELLENT!!
I have lived her for a year and a half and at first this apartment complex hasn’t been the best but once the management changed, there has been a huge change. They get back to you if you have a problem, if something breaks they fix it the same day! It’s Always clean and it’s friendly place to live! Would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment for a good price!!
