How Is This Rating Determined?

Horrible experience

We have lived here a while in a two bedroom, and since we have moved in almost every single appliance has broken or had to be replaced at some point. None of these requests have ever been done in a timely manner. And maintenance and the landlord are not on site and they do not answer. Only positive is the location.

Excellent Management

The new management at this property has been great. They are quick to reply and are very hands on. Building is nicely updated and the apartments have great amenities. Perfect location as well.

Amazing complex!

First, location is perfect! Walking distance from downtown maplewood with tons of great stores and restaurants . Second, management is on top of it. They always complete service requests in a very quick timeframe.
