Briarwood Village

It has been a pretty good experience living at Briarwood. Rent is okay compared to other apartments in Springfield and the recent rent increase was low.

We've stayed here for about two years now. There is also new management now from my understanding so we'll have to see how they handle things going forward.

There is wear and tear all over the complex in different places, but its not the worst. Cracked sidewalks, and overgrown grass in the pickle ball court to name a few. The maintenance crew... responds pretty fast and take care of things. They also just repaved the parking lots, which is very nice and appreciated.

I very much dislike the laundry room situation, as the machines are quite old and not super efficient. They require you to install a third party app on your phone to pay for the washer and dryer. I miss other apartments that had the option of using quarters for payment.

The WiFi has been pretty reliable for the most part, but it completely cuts out a couple times every once in a while and recently it hasn't been doing so well. Read More

Management is always ready to fix whatever is needed. The repairs are always prompt and with good service. The management team here is really good. Dogs and cats are both welcome here. This location is great, with access to local campuses and a neighborhood market.

I like the amenities Briarwood has to offer. They have trash service, free water, and free internet(1gig). I feel like they could do a better job in the laundry faciltiy, keeping up with the machines. I believe with the demand for covered parking, this place could provide it. Overall, it this is a convenient location. This place is close to alot of places I like to eat and shop at.

Briarwood village apartments is a very beautiful apartment complex, the people here are friendly and helpful, the laundry rooms is easy and accessible to use. Our apartment is nice and cozy, its fun to smell mac n cheese next door. its cost effective and the utilizes is is easy to manage and the AC is wonderful, i love and highly recommend Briarwood Village Apartments

This property is always very clean. I alway like how maintenance responds quickly and they always make sure to fix the problem. The staff is always available and its nice to have someone to get ahold of in the office. I would recommend this place to others and I already have.
