I’ve lived at Chesterfield Village for 4 years now and genuinely love calling this place home. The biggest perk is easily the location—being able to walk right down the street to grab dinner, hit local restaurants, or catch a movie without even getting in my car is unbeatable. The classic brick architecture gives the whole neighborhood a quiet, quaint 'village' atmosphere. Couldn't ask for a better spot in Springfield!

Nice complex with great southwest location. Lots of trees and good looking neighborhoods with shops and restaurants. Interesting architecture on all the businesses and pet friendly. Easy commute to James River Expw, Republic, Nixa & Ozark.

After residing at this apartment for five years, I’ve developed a balanced perspective on its merits and drawbacks. The apartment itself has served its purpose, providing adequate living space and basic amenities. One of the most significant advantages of this location is its convenient access to major highways, which has greatly simplified my daily commute and travel throughout the region. This ease of access is a considerable benefit for anyone who values... quick and efficient transportation links.
However, one area that has consistently presented challenges is the sense of community within the building. Interactions with some neighbors have occasionally been less than cordial, which has, at times, detracted from the overall living experience. While this may not be a universal experience, it’s worth noting for prospective tenants who place a high value on neighborly relations.
In summary, this apartment offers a practical living solution with a notable advantage in terms of its location and highway accessibility. Potential renters should weigh this benefit against the potential for less-than-ideal neighborly interactions to determine if this apartment suits their needs and lifestyle preferences.

A great place to live! I love the location and I feel safe secure and comfortable. As a senior, I am pleased the rent is affordable and the amenities are super. The grounds are well kept, the maintenance is done in a timely manner, and everyone from the manager to the neighbors are friendly and helpful. I would proudly recommend these apartments to all ages.
