This is my first time renting an apartment and the staff made it so easy and navigable, they even accommodated my request to be placed in an apartment with a southern facing deck and living room windows so that all my plants would be in the sun!

Absolutely the Best Apartment I’ve Ever Lived In!
Concord Manor is truly the cleanest, safest, and most comfortable apartment I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we moved in, we felt right at home. The building is always spotless, there are no bad smells like in some other apartments, and the environment is very peaceful.
I really love living here — everything is well-maintained, quiet, and organized. I always recommend this place to my friends and family because I truly believe it’s the best... apartment in the area.
If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, Concord Manor is it!

So far I have limited complaints. Any complaint I have had have been resolved through maintenance. And generally in a good timeframe. I suppose everyone always wants cheeper. And nothing is perfect, but I am pleased with my stay.
