Great apartment complex

I’ve been living here for seven years. It’s close to stores and schools restaurants very convenient very quiet. Every time we have an issue with something they come and fix it. Very good maintenance.

Peaceful and quiet apartment living

I love how peaceful and quiet this complex is and safe feeling. I love how close to shopping, restaurants, and parks in walking distance they are and also beautiful houses and neighborhoods surrounding them to walk in. I do not like how the rest has increased drastically since I moved in and also how maintenance staff seems to be nonexistanct most of the five years I've lived here so you may wait a short time or you may wait months to get anything fixed because they say emergency only until… the hire someone which never seems to be consistent at all. But its a nice peaceful place to live very very quiet and safe I love them a lot.

My experience here has been very good, quiet, and comfortable. I love my unit inside and outside. The pool is wonderful. I miss the community laundry room but this a good area. I’ve been at DOP for almost 5 years.
