I just signed my new lease. I’ve been here 16 years at Delaware on primrose. It’s very quiet, lots of businesses in walking distance. I don’t like to swim but the pool is kept very clean. So many of the patios have beautiful flowers to look at as you walk your dog or your dogs walk you. I hope you come and live with us soon.

I’ve lived here for a year now and have never had a problem. When I submit a maintenance request they show up the very next day and I never have to remind them to come back and finish something they started. They’re required to post pictures in the portal for the request to prove it’s been done correctly which has been SO nice. I love living here. It’s a great price for the amount of space I have.
