Good size 2 bedroom

It's quite and peaceful. Management is better. Maintenance is great. Things are getting done. The unit is a good size.

Great neighborhood

Rountree neighborhood is fairly quiet, and very walkable. I'm able to walk to several businesses including a grocery store. Annual rent increases are usually 15-20 dollars. Usually. Wooten is a business, not a humanitarian organization. Considering my rent includes all utilities AND internet, I doubt I could do better.
