Spacious

I have had a good experience living at East Manor under Wooten Company’s management. The management team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about residents. Maintenance has been a little slow to respond sometimes and some of my requests were dropped without explanation. It's hot out and the AC doesn't work, but I'm sure if I go in and ask them, they will let me install and AC unit. The apartment complex is quiet and peaceful.

Good size 2 bedroom

It's quite and peaceful. Management is better. Maintenance is great. Things are getting done. The unit is a good size.

Great neighborhood

Rountree neighborhood is fairly quiet, and very walkable. I'm able to walk to several businesses including a grocery store. Annual rent increases are usually 15-20 dollars. Usually. Wooten is a business, not a humanitarian organization. Considering my rent includes all utilities AND internet, I doubt I could do better.
