Just renewed my 14th year. Great staff and neighbors. Neighborhood is great. Convenient location to many places. Love the pool.

A great apartment to live in!
I've been living here at Plainview Park for a year now, and have to say it has been the best apartment I have lived in thus far. The location is cut off from most of the bustling Springfield has while not being too far away from all the fun places to go. Would Definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a place to live.

Plainview Park Right Off the Beaten Path
Plainview Park is perfect for someone like me who appreciates a relatively quiet living space with all of town at my fingertips. It’s definitely at the South tip of Springfield, but being right off Campbell means everything is still really close. And Nixa is right there too.

Plainview park
Plainview Park Apartments has been a wonderful place to live! The grounds are clean, the atmosphere is calm, and the staff is always friendly and quick to help. I’m really happy here and would absolutely recommend it to others!

I’ve lived at Plainview now for three years and although it’s not a perfect place to live, and there are still some issues it is definitely a wonderful place to live! It’s semi secluded and the property manager is very easy to talk to!
