We have called Scotsdale Apartments home for the last six years, and it’s been a genuinely positive experience. The biggest draw for us has always been the location, safe part of town gives us peace of mind, and having the grocery store, local church, and schools within a stone's throw makes daily errands incredibly easy. It’s the kind of neighborhood where you actually feel connected to the community around you. We also always look forward to the seasonal events, especially the patio decorating... contests. Absolutely cheap and super friendly and pet friendly in the neighborhood. Maintenance is super quick and arrive so quickly. I have great communication with my manager Jeremiah, thanks so much for us living in scotsdale and accepting us. I say this Building D is the best choice ever been made. Got great neighbors and closer to laundry room. Even a pool to enjoy on a hot summer day to cool off, cant wait for the pool to open!!!

I have lived here for a year now and it’s a great and affordable place to live the renovated apartments are nice and clean! The only issue I had was my oven went out and maintenance fixed it when I reported it in the residence app! And I have had no other problems since!

I've been in the renovated building for a year now, standout would be the staff has always been prompt and flexible, clean facility, never had issues with flooding even on the basement level.
