Central location and responsive management

Pros:
• Excellent location — close to shopping centers, groceries, and places of worship
• Hallways are bright, clean, and feature automatic air fresheners
• Maintenance requests are fast and easy to submit online
• Quiet, relatively safe neighborhood

Cons:
• No covered parking
• Dumpster is a long walk from Building A

Bottom Line:
Scotsdale Apartments is a solid choice if you’re looking for a convenient location and responsive management. While a few areas need improvement, overall,... it’s a comfortable and reasonably well-maintained place to live.

Feels like home to me

’ve been living at Scotsdale apartments for over 3 years, and it’s been a great experience overall. The management team is responsive and professional, always addressing maintenance requests quickly and thoroughly. The property is well-kept, close to everything, landscaped grounds, and amenities like a nice little pool and laundry room that are genuinely useful and well-maintained.My daughters love living here and feel safe!
