Scotsdale

I’ve lived in Scotsdale for several years now and staff have consistently been incredibly prompt and helpful with any issues that come up. Our air conditioning went down during the middle of summer and they went above and beyond to make sure that we stayed cool while parts were ordered so that it could be fixed. They were also excellent at keeping us informed every step of the way! Couldn’t recommend it more!

I’m a current resident and just renewed my lease! The community is friendly, welcoming, and just overall great neighbors. The management team is quick to help when issues arise and they are very involved in the community. The maintenance team is also excellent! I’ve had to submit two requests in the year I’ve been here and within 24-48 hours a maintenance person is in my unit addressing and fixing the issue. The internet that is included in my rent is also great, I play video games and stream tv… shows and movies and it hasn’t lagged on me. All I had to do was provide my own router. The best part of living here are the door contests around the holidays! This is a big Halloween community and I love seeing all the different decorations. I used the pool quite a few times over the summer and it was always clean and was a decent place to relax and cool off. My husband and I have lived here for a year, and have really loved it. The location is perfect being so central, and management is kind and quick to respond when issues arise!
