I've lived at Stoneridge for seven years. It's a great, quiet location and our current property manager is always on top of things. It does take a very long time to have maintenance issues addressed. I do enjoy living here!

We really like living here, we really enjoy our manager, he's so friendly if we need any thing hes like on it, we like living here its so quiet. We trust our neighbors, you dont got worry about any bad people here. That's why it's so nice for us in our unit on top and bottom floor, we feel comfortable living here, well, guess that's pretty much all I can say, but if they wanted me to rate this place out of 10, I would give it a 10/10.

I have enjoyed my time renting at Stoneridge Apts. They are in a safe and relatively quiet location on the outskirts of the city, with just a quick drive to downtown and easy access to the highway. Management has improved over the years, and our property manager Levi is personable and communicative where it counts.
