WAY OVER PRICED
Ive been living here for two years now and I dont even know where to start.
Management is awful.
Way over priced for what youre getting.
The property looks nothing like the pictures.
If you get home past 9:00pm you WILL NOT find parking here. All the spots are "Compact" so any normal car will take up two parking spots. You will have to park about a half a mile away at Boone mall regularly...So many people complained this semester they actually converted their handicap parking into normal spots.... .....

Management is awful
The property manager does nothing to assist it’s residents. She’s made multiple mistakes which she insists was not her fault and I’ve had to fix the issues my self by calling the branch office. If you plan from renting here be ready to handle any issues you’re self because the property manager is guaranteed not to assist you in the slightest.
