Nice place to live, within close proximity to almost all of the essential places and yet quiet. Schools are nearby as well. Security is tight. Peace of mind is everything.

Quarry Blasting in backyard, school traffic, Highway Noise
What's not to love? The quarry blasting is especially troubling given the noise, vibrations, air dust and potential foundation damage.

Yes, the Martin Marietta – Burlington Quarry is located near the community; however, it hasn’t posed any issues for our residents thus far. We’re fortunate to be in a great area with convenient access to schools and local amenities — Highland... Elementary is the closest, and we’re just a short distance from shops, dining, and major highways for easy commuting.
