An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2-pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, a $500 fee will be imposed.

There is a strict no-party policy, and no unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, with a fine of $500 if any signs of smoking are found. Depending on our cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 charge.
