Pay the $40 application fee per adult and submit.

Approval Requirements
Income: Household gross income must be 1.5 monthly rent. Income is verified through Paysource screening.
Credit Criminal: No minimum credit score.
Automatic denial for: Judgments from former landlords or utility companies. Malicious convicted felonies against people, places, or things within the last 3 years

Rental History
We pull eviction records from every county you\'ve lived in.
Eviction filings are not automatically negative unless they show a pattern.
Eviction lockouts (sheriff lockout) = automatic denial.

References
You may provide up to 5 references to speak to your rental history and character.

Fees Move-In Funds
Application fee: $40 per adult
Security deposit first month\'s rent: Due at lease signing (amounts listed with each property)
