The second bedroom configurations may be one king-size bed in lieu of two twin beds depending on the unit assigned, however the bed can be converted to two twins. The kitchen is outfitted with Fisher & Paykel appliances, including a gas range, cabinet-depth refrigeration, and dual dish drawers. A marble-tiled floor lends a luxurious feel, and custom cabinetry with granite counters and an undermount sink complete the space. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside/outside the home or building. Please respect the quiet hours between 10pm and 7am to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. No additional overnight guests beyond the number specified in your booking without prior approval. Be mindful of noise levels, especially during nighttime hours. Please do not rearrange the furniture in the house. Air conditioning must remain between 72 and 75 degrees in the summer and 68-72 in the winter and on AUTO (not on) to help ensure it stays in good working condition during your stay.
