The apartment is a few blocks and an easy walk away from numerous Fortune 500 companies and all major bank headquarters. There are many public bus stops close by, and any location in Uptown Charlotte can be quickly reached by foot. Walking and Uber are great ways to get around as well.
The apartment is in a very secure location and requires a few steps to gain entry. You will have to enter a code to get inside the gate to the parking garage, retrieve keys, and then head up to the unit. Contact-free check-in is available via a digital door code. No partying or excessive noise is allowed. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately with no refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If a pet is found, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged, and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given.
