The apartment was pleasant for most of my lease, and the pricing is very affordable for the area. However, I’m disappointed with how property concerns are handled. Although the community is gated, the pedestrian gates remain unlocked, and there have been documented break-ins—including the onsite sheriff’s vehicle. A broken exterior building door lock has also gone unrepaired for about a month.

Recently, nearly 50 resident parking spaces near Building 1 were converted to guest-only parking.… Residents are now often forced to park behind Building 2, even while closer guest spaces sit empty, or risk being towed from our own community despite having resident parking stickers. As a young woman, having to walk across the property alone at night is concerning given the break-ins, unsecured gates, and surrounding area. Guest convenience should not come at the expense of resident parking and safety.

Feel annoyed I can’t use the pool in the evenings and pay extra for amenities. And not enough parking here. The gym could use an upgrade sorta.

I moved into this apartment yesterday, and it already feels like a dream come true. The place was spotless when I arrived, with every room sparkling clean and ready to enjoy.
