Our experience with the Bryce so far
Here we don’t want to directly write about how we feel about the leasing and move-in experience. You can make your own judgement from the facts which are just part of what we have experienced. We want to recognize what they do right sometimes, so we don’t choose one star rating. In order to move in on time, we paid an extra application fee after the slow process for a few days. It totally took us from May 19 to 27 with expedited processing after paying double application fees. There are also... many maintenance issues with the apartment. Upon the tour and move in, we found a dead cockroach each time. We didn’t took a picture of it because it’s gross. Another example, during the tour the dishwasher was found moldy and could not be operated because of no power. On the move in day, it was found rusty and leaking during cleaning cycle. Later, we were told it would be replaced with new one. After first 2 weeks of waiting, we asked about it at least twice a week including in person and online. It was May 27 that we signed the lease and moved in. Ever since then, we washed our dishes with hands every time. At last this week, we were told it can be fixed without replacing. This is the result of waiting for so many weeks. Things are not completely done yet. There are still some other issues waiting to be pushed for being resolved.
