In the years I've lived here, there's been a significant decline in the residents, the cleanliness and most importantly, the safety/security! The lack of security on the property, the vast increase in break ins and theft as well as the the lack of concern exhibited by the leasing office will guarantee i don't sign another lease!

Stress free payments great location close to shopping and other things. Best Gym ever. Beautiful pool area. Leasing office is friendly with great coffee. Study/office room and community center

Levi best property staff ever!!! Maintenance gets things done almost immediately when asked! Love the gym! Love having access to two pools. Surrounding area is nice and quiet. Very close to different stores

It’s annoying to be a smoke free property and to constantly smell marijuana. I can’t sit on my patio or have my balcony door open because neighbors smoke on a daily basis morning, noon, and night.

Everton was professional and helpful. However there were times when I could not reach anyone in the office and at times it was frustrating. I would leave messages via phone and text and no one would get back in touch with me . But when I could reach someone they were very helpful.
