I have lived here for 5 years and for the most part it has been great. Last year we got a new property management company and I’m afraid they’re not as concerned about the place as previous one. For several months I had been asking them to send out an e-mail to residents reminding them to pick up their pets waste. They haven’t done it yet. There is pet waste everywhere!!!! Also, they drained the pool about one month ago for repairs. Nothing has been started yet. Residents don’t know when or even... if repairs are going to be done, or if the pool is even going to open. There is no communication to residents .

Very nice quiet community. Maintenance irdeddd get answered quickly. Staff at the front office are really kind and always greet and strike a convo when I come in to get a coffee and snack.

I love living here. It's peaceful and in a convenient location. The staff is wonderful and the maintenance staff is amazing!! Plus the pool is open year round!! My kind of place! I appreciate you all so much!

Everything has been very smooth so far. Great management and a warm welcoming feel thus far. My family and I are excited to be here. The move-in process was easy and straightforward and management has been extremely helpful and attentive along the way. I would definitely recommend this community to others.
