Paces Pointe Apartments are a wonderful place to live! The property is well taken care of by the fantastic maintenance and office teams! The neighborhood is well lit and so close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Being honest I didnt get the apartment I wanted with the higher square footage, got stuck in a lease agreement that was 60 dollars higher than the estimate, and they only let me see my apartment on move in day because the deposit was awol and the guy looking for it wanted to get out of the office an hour earlier. Also when he checked my apartment maintenance hadnt cleared it yet or wasnt in the system yet so not sure what was going on there. Then when i finally do move in the power went out and… i couldnt turn it back on because of some electrical problem. Not to mention that the nozzle on my bathroom shower leaked. So yeah theres that. Its been hell getting to this point but we will see if it gets better.

so far so good, nothing bad at all to say. great area nice people no issues with anything at all. very pleased with my apartment overall, some small things i noticed afterwards but its simple or easy stuff since moving in. thank you so far

Things seem to be getting better close to what it was when we first moved here. Still have a select few who CLEARY don’t have any respect that they have neighbors and do not care how things are in the neighborhood. Keeping things clean and quiet but guess you have to take the good with the bad and hope they either figure it out or move….
