The apartment and complex itself is peaceful and quiet, the process of getting a lease is a train wreck. Love the amenities and the styles of the apartments, the pools and gym are nice. No elevators, only stairs in the buildings

Things seem to be getting better as they were not so good a few months ago. We have been here going on 3 years and at first for a year or so we’re GREAT. After some changes within the company and policies it drastically went downhill. After the new property manager she has had a lot to deal with but seems to be getting things changed back to normal. There are still some concerns and issues but nothing like they were before. Everyone in the office and maintenance department are working together... to maintain everything nicely.
