I love living here at Paces Pointe. The location here for me is perfect. The grounds are usually well maintained and clean. The rental rate here is agreeable to my budget.

It’s ok, some improving on amenities but nothing to keep up, improve on apartments form people that have been here for years.
Grills never have gas on them, pool bathrooms never have toilet paper, def need some keep up
Would be nice to update more areas compared to putting car chargers that clearly no one is going to use

I enjoy living here. Maintenance team is great. Just wish the office answered emails. In person they are great and very helpful. That main entrance can use a repaving and not a patch job.

Everyone in the office was a great help. Guided tour and to handle paperwork with an ease. I would recommend everyone coming and getting to view the property for yourself. Make this place a home.
